Within the context of the measures adopted by HCC Decision no. 768/2022 in the market for press distribution, the required draw procedure for the selection of the members of the Advisory Committee, provided for in para 223 et seq. of the above Decision, will be held before the designated Ombudsman on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 4:00 pm at the premises of the Argos Press Distribution Agency (Located at the 20th km of Markopoulou Av., Koropi, PC 19400).
In particular, two lot drawings will be held: the first thereof, for the selection of three representatives of publishing companies among the publishers/customers of Argos, provided that they have no business relationship with any of the shareholding publishers of Argos, and the second thereof, for the selection of two representatives of sub-agents/news vendors members of the Argos’ press distribution network, which similarly meet the above condition.
