| Summary of Decision |
The Plenary Session of the Hellenic Competition Commission, under its no. 583/VII/2013 unanimous decision, approved the notified concentration with regard to the acquisition by the company “MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERY S.A.” of the control over the company “CYCLON HELLAS S.A.”, pursuant to article 8 of L. 3959/2011. The Hellenic Competition Commission considered that the concentration under question, which refers primarily to the petroleum industry, basic oils and lubricants products, does not raise serious doubts as to its compatibility with the competition rules in the relevant markets concerned. |
