The Chamber of the Hellenic Competition Commission unanimously cleared, pursuant to Article 8(3) of the Greek Competition Act 3959/2011, the concentration which concerns the acquisition of sole control over DELTA CHEMICALS S.A. by RAVAGO DISTRIBUTION S.A. The Commission decided that the concentration, which concerns the sector for the production of chemical and plastic products (including expanded polystyrene), does not raise any serious doubts as to its compatibility with merger control rules in the relevant markets. |
