Subject: Fine imposed on a company active in the import, manufacture and marketing of school supplies, branded clothing and footwear items.
Decision on the ex officio investigations conducted by the Directorate-General for Competition into the markets for:
a) the import/manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade of school bags, kids’ lunch bags and pencil cases,
b) import, wholesale and retail trade of branded clothing and footwear items, to determine whether the conditions for application of the provisions of Article 1 of L. 3959/2011 and/or Article 101 TFEU are met, in the context of a vertical agreement, following the Settlement proposal submitted by the company under the name “VF HELLAS Ltd.’’.
