Clearance of the notified concentration, pursuant to Articles 5 to 10 of Law 3959/2011, concerning the acquisition by the company under the name “ΙDEAL HOLDINGS S.A.”, having its registered office in Athens, of sole control over the company under the name “K.T. GOLDEN RETAIL VENTURE LTD”, having its registered office in Nicosia, within the meaning of Article 5 (2-b) of Law 3959/2011.
