Clearance of the proposed acquisition, according to art. 6 f L. 3959/2011, by the company "ALLIANZ SE" of sole control over the company "EUROPEAN RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE Co." (hereinafter “EUROPEAN RELIANCE”).
