On May 8 2026 the Hellenic Competition Commission by decision No. 909/2026 approved the acquisition of joint control by «MOTODYNAMIKI S.A.» και «P.M. TSERIOTIS LIMITED», on «BLUE HORIZON MOBILITY Α.Ε» in accordance with national law on merger control L. 3959/2011.
The concentration mainly concerns markets in the sector for trade, maintenance and repair of vehicles. The concentration does not raise serious doubts as to its compatibility with the requirements of effective competition in the relevant markets as the parties have small market shares in the markets where they are active and there is no horizontal overlap or vertical relation between the activities of the parties in Greece.
