On April 23, 2026, the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC), in Chamber sitting, approved, by its unanimous decision No. 907/2026, the acquisition of joint control by the Alternative Investment Fund "DIORAMA INVESTMENTS II RAIF, S.C.A." managed by the company under the name "DECA INVESTMENTS S.A. Alternative Investment Fund Management Company," and I. Karantalis, over the company under the name "DELTA SCHOOLS OF NORTHERN GREECE S.A. " (DELTA SCHOOLS) in accordance with national law on merger control (Law 3959/2011).
The concentration concerns the markets for the provision of vocational education, training and lifelong learning through a private Higher Vocational Education School (H.V.E.S.) and the provision of non-formal vocational education, training, and lifelong learning through a Lifelong Learning Center (LLC). The HCC concluded that the concentration examined does not raise serious concerns as to its compatibility with competition rules in the individual markets concerned, as there are no horizontal, vertical, and/or conglomerate overlaps.
