On 18 February 2026, the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC) in Section, adopted the Decision No. 900/2026, by which it unanimously approved, pursuant to Article 8(3) of Law 3959/2011, the concentration concerning the acquisition of sole control by “AKTOR HOLDINGS, CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY WORKS SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME”with the distinctive title “AKTOR GROUP OF COMPANIES”, through the company AKTOR CONSTRUCTIONS, over the company under the name “ENTELECHEIA SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME”.
The concentration concerns the markets for the construction of public and private works, in which the parties are active. The HCC decided that the concentration, although falling within the scope of Article 6(1) of Law 3959/2011, does not raise serious doubts as to its compatibility with the requirements of effective competition in the relevant markets concerned, in view of the negligible increment to the market shares of the new entity.
