On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, students from the Ports Management and Shipping Department (PMS) of the School of Economics and Political Science of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), accompanied by their professor Mr. Gavalas, visited the premises of the Hellenic Competition Commission. The visit was organised on the occasion of a seminar by officials of the HCC as part of a cooperation programme between the Authority and academic institutions throughout Greece, aimed at enhancing the HCC’s outreach.

The visiting students attended a training seminar where they had the opportunity to get an insight, by HCC officials, into the HCC’s work and activities, as well as into its recent sector inquiry into the coastal shipping sector.
