«Abuse of a Dominant Position - developments & prospects»
The Hellenic Competition Commission organized a workshop on Friday, 29 May 2026, at the headquarters of the Bank of Greece, entitled “Abuse of Dominance: developments & prospects.”
The workshop focused on the most recent and significant issues concerning the enforcement of competition rules on abuse of dominance, developments in case law, and the contemporary challenges arising from the application of the relevant legal framework.
The event formed part of the Hellenic Competition Commission’s broader initiatives to enhance transparency, promote public dialogue, and ensure continuous engagement with critical issues in competition law and policy.
