Subject: Extension of the deadline for the public consultation on the views of the Hellenic Competition Commission regulatory intervention in the construction sector (Article 11 of Law 3959/2011) until 23.09.2022.

The Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC) on 08.01.2021, in accordance with article 11 of Law 3959/2011 for regulatory intervention in sectors of the economy, decided ex-officio to initiate the relevant procedure in the construction sector. In order to facilitate the consultation process, it has decided to extend the consultation’s deadline (which was on 09.09.2022) until 23.09.2022.
