Complaint lodged before the Hellenic Competition Commission by the company under the name “MARILENA ANDRIOTI SINGLE-MEMBER PC” and the distinctive title “BOIREΜ SINGLE-MEMBER PC” against the company under the name “ATHENIAN BREWERY S.A.” alleging an infringement of Article 2 of Law 3959/2011, as in force, and Article 102 TFEU.
