With regard to the alleged practices of refusal to sell in breach of Article 2 of Law 3959/2011 and of disclosing information regarding discounts to a competitor in breach of Article 1A of Law 3959/2011, the Complaint is closed without any further action as manifestly unfounded, pursuant to the provisions of Article 37(2) of Law 3959/2011, in conjunction with Article 36(4) of the same law. This Act shall be notified to the parties concerned pursuant to Article 37 (3) of the same Law. Insofar as the issues examined relate to a possible application of the provisions of Article 102 TFEU, there is no need at present for further action in the context of the investigation concerned under that provision. |
