The complaint under ref. no. 4302/6.5.2022 is closed without any further action as regards the alleged infringement of Article 1A of Law 3959/2011 as obviously unfounded on the grounds detailed in this Act, pursuant to Article 37 (1-2), in conjunction with Article 36 (4) of Law 3959/2011. This Act shall be notified to the parties concerned pursuant to Article 37 (3) of the same Law.
