Summary of Decision Τhe Hellenic Competition Commission in plenary session unanimously cleared, pursuant to Article 8(3) of the Greek Competition Act 3959/2011, the acquisition of 100% of the shares in OPEL HELLAS S.A. by George Syggelidis (upon which his son, Polychronis Syggelidis, indirectly acquired the control of the target company), since the transaction does not raise any doubts as to its compatibility with merger control rules in the relevant markets, even though it falls within the scope of Article 6(1) of the Greek Competition Act 3959/2011.  
Judicial Means Final. Decision has not been appealed
