Decision of the Competition Commission regarding the Directorate General for Competition’s investigation following a lawyer’s complaint for possible infringement of competition provisions by Bar Associations as a result of geographical restrictions to the provision of lawyer services in Greece.

In its decision No 413/V/2008 the majority of the Competition Commission’s Plenary Session held that Bar Associations do not infringe national or EC competition law provisions by applying geographical restrictions to the provision of lawyer services in Greece.
