ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE HELLENIC COMPETITION COMMISSION
The organisational chart of the DG (which reports to the Director-General) is as follows:
- Directorate of Industrial and Consumer Products (Directorate A), consisting of Unit A of Economic and Market Impact Analysis and Unit A of Legal Analysis;
- Directorate of Health and Related Products and Services (Directorate B), consisting of Unit B of Economic and Market Impact Analysis and Unit B of Legal Analysis;
- Directorate of Food and Agricultural Products (Directorate C), consisting of Unit C of Economic and Market Impact Analysis and Unit C of Legal Analysis;
- Directorate of Financial Services and Insurance (Directorate D), consisting of Unit D of Economic and Market Impact Analysis and Unit D of Legal Analysis;
- Directorate of Energy, Transport, Water, Waste Management and Utility Networks (Directorate E), consisting of Unit E of Economic and Market Impact Analysis and Unit E of Legal Analysis;
- Directorate of Media/Communications, Product and Service Digital Markets (Directorate F), consisting of Unit F of Economic and Market Impact Analysis and Unit F of Legal Analysis;
- Directorate of Chief Legal Officer, consisting of the Chief Legal Unit and the Personal Data Protection Bureau;
- Directorate of Administrative and Financial Support, consisting of an Administrative Support and Infrastructure Unit, Human Resources Unit and Financial Support Unit;
- Directorate of Information Technology Systems and Forensic, consisting of the Information Technology and Telecommunication Systems Unit and the Forensic Investigation / Detection Unit;
- Competition Advocacy Unit;
- Market Mapping, Research and Merger Task Force Unit.
